1. Eligibility & Scope

These Terms apply to all affiliates and customers who participate in our referral or affiliate program. By joining, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

TruWellAI provides access to hormone replacement therapy, peptide treatments, and an AI chatbot to support education and customer inquiries. Information provided by TruWellAI, including through its AI chatbot, is for educational purposes only and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions.

3. Affiliate Conduct & Restrictions

Affiliates and referrers agree to:

Not make misleading claims or false representations about TruWellAI’s services.

Not engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or prohibited advertising practices.

Comply with all applicable healthcare, advertising, and consumer protection guidelines.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Payments & Commissions

Affiliate commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 1st of each month.

Payments are subject to a minimum threshold, if applicable.

Affiliates are responsible for repaying chargebacks, refunds, or fraudulent transactions connected to their referrals.

TruWellAI reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of fraud, breach of these terms, or account termination.

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use TruWellAI’s name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for promotional purposes in connection with the affiliate program. Unauthorized or inappropriate use of the TruWellAI brand is prohibited.

6. Health Disclaimer

TruWellAI does not provide medical advice through its website, affiliates, or AI chatbot.

Any health-related content or chatbot responses are for informational and educational purposes only.

Only licensed medical professionals employed or contracted by TruWellAI are authorized to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Customers should always seek medical advice directly from TruWellAI’s qualified medical staff or their own licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment plan.

TruWellAI is not liable for any health decisions made based on information from the site, affiliates, or AI chatbot.

7. Termination

TruWellAI may suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion if:

The affiliate engages in misleading claims, spam, fraud, or other violations of these terms.

The affiliate or customer engages in actions that jeopardize the reputation, safety, or legal standing of TruWellAI.

Affiliates/customers may cancel their participation at any time by notifying TruWellAI.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruWellAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of participation in the affiliate program or use of our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in Utah courts unless otherwise required by law.

10. Updates to Terms

TruWellAI reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
